Place: Camp E-Ko-Wah (near Marlow, OK)

New to the world of horses?  Want to learn how to take care of, mount and ride a horse?  Participate in arena riding and an un-mounted workshop. At the end of the week there will be a skills test to demonstrate everything you have learned. You can do all this without having to sacrifice any of the traditional camp activities you love. Also, enjoy other camp activities like a camp cookout, swimming and crafts!

This program is an overnight camp for Juniors and older.  Campers stay Sunday - Friday at Camp E-Ko-Wah.

Transportation is provided from the Mary Nichols' Family Leadership Center in Oklahoma City.  To ride the bus please arrive at 11:00am-12:00pm on  Sunday.  Pick up on Friday is at 5:00pm. The cost is $25 to ride the bus.

Every girl participates in creating her session as she and her group choose which activities they would like to do during the week in addition to the program theme of her session.  All campers will get a well-rounded camp experience, including community living, singing, camp chores, cookouts, campfires and swimming. Campers entering 4th grade and above will have the opportunity to do archery, challenge course and canoeing. All programs are weather permitting.
